New Events

There are two (new last year) events I thought you would be interested in knowing about before the tournament. The first is the Master’s Division. It is shot at ten meters with a 9 inch circle and a 6 centimeter bull’s eye. While you or anyone else may participate in both the Master’s and Original Event, A contestant may only place in one event. The winner of the Master’s Division will be the overall tournament champion.

The second new event is the “Buffalo Hunt”. For this event we will be shooting at an almost full sized Buffalo silhouette using a slingshot that shoots full length or short arrows. You may use any type of slingshot to shoot arrows. I am including some information on a couple of current models.

Robert Blair is once again producing the ComBow Slingshot. He has a new improved ComBow that shoots full-length arrows, short arrows, and bearings. Bands for the slingshots he made several years ago can also be obtained. He has designed a new slingshot called the "Hot Shot" for shooting bearings. He is currently working on a modification of the ComBow that shoots short arrows but not long arrows. Also Robert will be making the special short arrows for both models of the ComBow.
